The outcomes of our work in the educational world are the most important aspect of what we do. This year, Calamari is making its most concerted effort ever to open its video library to individuals, organizations, and institutions.

Calamari Educational Media

Calamari Educational Media is our first major effort to offer streaming video, DVDs, and other educational media based on our 11+ years of documentary work.

With products ranging from free digital packages, to fully customized pedagogical packages that supplement the educational efforts of state and federal government organizations, Calamari Educational Media will play in classrooms and in boardrooms, in lecture halls and legislative halls throughout the country.

Innovative Education

New Media is changing the way people learn. Calamari is constantly exploring innovative delivery systems for our content with the goal of making learning the most engaging and effective process it can be.

We're working on things like interactive videos that will, for instance, allow students to sit in on an actual court hearing and attempt to fill the role of attorney, social worker, or judge.

Academic Publishing

Through our partnership with Ball State University, our material has been developed into supplement video for textbooks published by Pearson/Prentice Hall in the fields of Child Development, Social Work, and Juvenile Justice.

Custom Curriculum

We recognize that different organizations and institutions have distinct educational needs and challenges. Using our 2,000+ hours of footage as a raw material, we are able to create custom DVD collections, video lesson plans, and full learning systems that are geared to a specific educational environment.
